Vault Teller/Customer Service Representative

Citizens State Bank in Hudson, WI has a full-time Vault Teller/Customer Service Representative position open. The position will average between 30-38 hours per week.

If hired, you will be expected to process customer transactions as requested which will include receiving checks and cash for deposit, cashing checks and paying out money, and other misc. transactions as needed. You will also be asked to promote and sell all bank deposit products and services to current and prospective customers. The Vault Teller will also ensure the supply of coin and currency is adequate for business needs and complies with legal requirements, as well as being responsible for all vault access. This position will be expected to provide professional, accurate and friendly customer service on all customer accounts.

Requirements

Applicants should possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to educate customers on Citizens State Bank's product offerings. Applicants should also have the ability to multi-task & enjoy working with the public. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be capable to work in an environment with frequent interruptions.

Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
