Menlo School is seeking an exceptional Varsity Special Teams Coordinator/RB Coach for the 2024-2025 football season. This position will primarily work with our special team units and will be asked to help on offense with our running backs.

We are looking for a qualified professional that can be a dedicated coach and mentor to our student athletes while upholding the school's values and professional code of conduct Primary Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Teach skills and strategy in both an on-field and classroom setting.

Work in tandem with JV coaches to ensure consistent teaching between both levels. Reinforce guidelines and team rules. Model the importance of sportsmanship and foster a team-player attitude.

Provide a safe environment for student-athletes (physically and mentally). Work collaboratively and effectively with the Athletic Trainers, Sports Performance Coaches, Equipment Manager, other coaches, Facilities personnel and others in the Department. Ability to work with parents, faculty, staff and students in a constructive manner - even under stressful conditions. Ability to both represent as well as teach Menlo Athletics' Mission and Values (attached) as an integral part of the educational experience.
