LICENSE AND CERTIFICATES REQUIRED

Selection shall be made from those applicants who submit a complete application, supplemental questionnaire, meet the position requirements, receive a passing score on an initial application screening and receive a qualifying score on an oral interview, weighted 100%. Candidates will be required to obtain standard First Aid and CPR certifications at their expense. As determined by the City and at the City's expense, successful candidates shall be required to complete and pass a medical examination, a drug/alcohol screen and a background investigation. Possession of a valid California driver's license and good driving record will be required prior to hire. Proof of citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S. will be required at the time of hire.
