Van Driver

Summary:

The Van Driver role is responsible for coordinating and providing patient transportation services to externally scheduled appointments and placement upon discharge.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education:High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: Valid Maine Driver's License free of the following violations: OUI, Criminal Speeding, 5+ points or more and accidents required.
• Experience: Two years direct patient care experience in the mental health field preferred.
