Wolseley Industrial Group, the industrial division of Ferguson, is currently seeking a proven Valve and Automation Manager to fill an immediate need with expanding market opportunities. If you are motivated, self-driven and can provide great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!
As a Valve and Automation Manager, you will:
Develop district valve, automation and specialty product sales strategies
V&A shop addition plan
Identify and fill HR needs
Manage V&A vendor relationships and partnerships
Implement corporate V&A initiatives in the local markets
Train Existing Sales Staff
Develop V&A business within existing and strategic target accounts
Joint sales calls with existing outside salesforce
Monitor sales trends and product performance results
Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
A college degree is preferred for this position, but comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered.
A successful associate will be goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines, build relationships and enjoy a team atmosphere.

3-5 years Industrial Sales experience within our industry is required
Must be willing to travel entire Northeast region
