POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES ########### Under the general direction of the Executive Director, Supply Chain Management, performs all duties related to but not limited to coordinating, facilitating, implementing and monitoring all aspects of the Value Analysis Program for University Health System.

Assures the

cost effective utilization of products, supports Value Analysis objectives, manages data, coordinates and assists in the education processes regarding value analysis, participates as a member/chair/co-chair of any related committees, assists Purchasing staff in the maintenance of the Materials Management Information System item master file and other databases.# The individual must have strong project management and organizational skills and be able to work independently to complete assigned tasks and duties including the development of Value Analysis strategies and assures that all aspects of Value Analysis Program comply with the UHS Purchasing Policy.# EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE A Bachelor#s Degree in Business, Nursing or related field and/or equivalent experience in health related specialty is required or a minimum of 6 years progressive procurement experience of which 3 years of the experience is preferred to have been in a healthcare #o organization.# Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.# #A working knowledge of medical/surgical products, diagnostic testing and services is required.# Contracting knowledge and negotiation skills is preferred.#

The team will focus on building analytical capabilities, increasing the use of dashboards, eliminating unnecessary reporting and ensuring we have the right tools and infrastructure in place to support our current and future needs. * Produce analytical and operational reports and metrics using SQL, SSRS, SAS, Tableau or equivalent reporting tools to assist the business in meeting operational objectives. * Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures and identify risks and controls within the operation. * Coach and mentor analysts in performing reporting duties. * Adheres to technology architecture standards, technology risk management and security policies, and data management policies. * Ability to independently review reports and develop analytical recommendations. * Develop and execute upon reporting or analytical needs associated with business process changes. * Maintain and launch reports on a recurring basis, examining logic for alignment between multiple, dynamic data sources and business report requirements. Responsibilities: * Provide data and analytic support for key business initiatives * Develop analytics to better understand customer behaviors, including ad hoc data mining * Perform extensive and in-depth segmentation studies * Develop key metrics to assess business performance * Present findings and recommendations to leadership team and executive management * Partner with business units to meet informational needs * Research complex enterprise data systems * Write business requirements for technology solutions * Compose technical and process documentation * Manage risks and controls within the RCSA group * Identify and communicate risks as well as possible solutions * Ensure policies, procedures, and process maps remain up to date and proper approvals are received Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of job experience in the financial services industry in one of the following areas: Banking or Financial Services, Compliance, general and/or risk based compliance or audit. Previous analytical experience is required. * Must have extensive and expert working knowledge of analytic functions and tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. SQL, SharePoint, and WebStats experience preferred. * Must have extensive and expert working knowledge on BI Tools- Tableau, Alteryx/Hadoop/ Hive, SAS, SSRS, SSIS * Ability to identify issues, work collaboratively to recommend and implement solutions * Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities * Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work, and must be detail oriented * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail (majority of team deliverables go to senior managers within CCB so attention to detail is a must) * Ability to deal with all levels of management * Ability to self- manage in a fast paced, dynamic environment * Leadership and professionalism a must Jpmorgan Chase & Co.
