As a valued member of the distribution team, the primary objective for this position is to safely and accurately build bundled products for Cengage Learning customers.
You will be responsible for building bundled products as specified in customer orders. You will also conduct all restickering and special handling of product orders.
What You'll Do Here:
You will assist in the process to successfully fulfill customer bundled orders.
Effectively process customer orders using shrink-wrap and machinery to build customer ordered kits.
Utilize sight recognition and matching of alpha and numeric listings to ensure bundles and kits are accurate.
Continuously reach, lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs to return individual units to appropriate locations.
Safely lift, push, pull and relocate packages up to 50 lbs as required.
You will cross-train in various departments within the distribution center.
You will also have other duties as assigned.
Skills You Will Need Here:
At least 16 years of age.
Skilled in site recognition/matching of numeric and alpha groupings.
Able to comprehend simple instructions.
You should have the skillset to write legibly.
You will have the opportunity to exhibit your addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills.
Be flexible with work hours.
Basic computer experience.
Stand and walk for 8-10 hours.
Follow all safety practices and policies.
Prior RF experience.
Prior distribution experience.
