Validation Analyst

Overview:

Flexjet is currently seeking qualified individuals to join our Operations department as a Mission Validation Specialist. This position is responsible for closely monitoring the daily flight schedule and reporting irregularities. Responsible for aircraft performance calculations, trip feasibility analysis, and advance planning for domestic travel. The Mission Validation Specialist will work proactively and communicate regularly with the Dispatch, Scheduling, and Owner Services Departments to ensure a seamless flight schedule. Early shift start times will be required, as will the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Complete Aircraft Performance Requests as submitted by Owner Services teams

• Complete Mission Analysis of trip feasibility

• Send sample plans to OSR and Sales as requested

• Coordinate all Special Events each year including Super Bowl, F1 Races, and Master's Tournaments

• TSA screening set up

• Send Prior Permission Requests (PPRs) and Slots for airport usage

• Add and update airports in CAMP/ Skynet systems

• Candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.

• Must be detail oriented and able to work productively, independently, or within a team.

• Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required.

• Successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism while multi-tasking various real time situations in a fast-paced environment.

• Our operation is 365/24/7 and candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as schedule dictates.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; 1-3 years of related experience preferably in an aviation/logistics environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred

• Knowledge of FARs regarding Part 91, or 135 airline operations is preferred.

• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the aptitude to learn customized company software programs.
