Four Seasons Hotel Boston is looking for a Valet Parking Cashier who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. Our Valet Parking Cashier are a part of a dynamic team that provides award-winning service to our guests. This position reports to the Director of Guest Services. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.

Key Elements of the Job
Answers phone is a warm and friendly manner when a guest calls to retrieve a car. Collect all the necessary information from the guest so that the car can be brought to the drive.
Warmly greets guest who wants to retrieve a parked car. Collects payment for parking services and accurately posts the payment. Deposits all cash receipts in accordance with established procedures. Directs valet parkers to retrieve the car.
Maintains accurate control of keys for parked cars
Completes a variety of reports regarding claims tickets and payments.
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
United States driver's license; driving record in good standing
Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
The ability to stand during an entire work shift
The ability to pull luggage carts with weight of up to 200 pounds. Cart may be pulled up to the length of a full city block. Also, the ability to lift boxes of up to 100 pounds and carries them for up to 15 feet.
An innate ability to communicate one-on-one with guests and provide intuitive service
