Job Summary:

Provide valet parking and front door guest services for patients, visitors, and guests. Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service.

Valet Hours: 5am-10pm

Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities

• Provide Responsive Customer Service.

• Answer questions about parking, provide directions and assist customer with entering and exiting the hospital entrance.

• Greet all customers in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner.

• Parking and Retrieving Vehicles.

• Move vehicle to appropriate valet parking spot promptly to avoid congestion.

• Ensure correct documentation on valet tickets.

• When retrieving vehicle, deliver vehicle to hospital entrance check claim ticket to ensure you're delivering to the right customer.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description, and High school diploma or GED preferred

• 2 to 5 years of customer service experience required and

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Parking Attendant/Valet preferred

• Valid Driver's License required upon hire

• MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver's license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment
