Job summary:

At Roll, our mission is to make things as easy as possible, and that's where you come in. You'll be the one hopping behind the wheel to transport the customer's vehicle to and from the store for tire installation. This crucial step means our customers are able to get on with their lives while their vehicles are being serviced, making you a time-saving super hero.

Responsibilities:

  • Build trust with the customers, ensuring that you will return their vehicles safely, and following up with them upon return.

  • Connect with customers, instilling trust in Roll.

  • Return every vehicle you drive cleaner than you got it, making sure the interior is cleaned and the tires are shined.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • You are an excellent driver, with a clean driving record.

  • You are comfortable driving in all weather conditions--rain or shine.

  • You are able to work independently, staying on task and following deadlines.

  • You know how to interact with others and are able to provide a smiling face and friendly attitude to all customers.

  • You can communicate effectively with all necessary contacts, including customers, in order to pick up and deliver vehicles in a timely manner.

  • Speaking of time, you can keep track of it, and know how to manage it effectively to meet deadlines.

  • You pay attention to your surroundings and are always ready to react appropriately.

  • You have a great attitude, and always show respect to both customers and coworkers alike.

Additional Requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • High school diploma/GED.

  • This job requires a lot of driving, so it makes sense that you need a valid state-issued driver's license.

  • Nobody's perfect, but we would like you to have a satisfactory driving record.

  • If you have previous valet experience that would be great, but don't sweat it if you don't.

VIEW JOBS 11/16/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-14T00:00 Job Description: Human Factors Engineer/TFDM Gaithersburg MD Leidos is seeking a Human Factors Engineer who will be a member of the team working on Human Factors Engineering for the Terminal Flight Data Program (TFDM) program. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM) is the surface management solution that will provide NextGen Air Traffic Control capabilities to improve air traffic operations in the National Airspace System (NAS), specifically in the airport surface and terminal airspace. With growing congestion on the airport surface due to the increase in commercial air traffic nationwide, the need for efficient aircraft traffic planning on the airport ground is critical. TFDM improves aircraft efficiency on the airport surface through: * Modernizing the air traffic control tower equipment by improving the exchange of electronic flight data and implementing electronic flight strips. * Streamlining the schedule sequence of departures to improve efficiency on the surface. * Optimizing the experience for the flying public, Air Traffic Control, and the airline industry by improving the collaboration and decision-making capabilities between the gate and the tower. Responsibilities: Working as a member of the Human Factors Engineering team supporting the development and enhancement of Air Traffic Control Systems: a large complex highly redundant system. * Support Leidos Civil Aviation programs. * Provide primary Human Factors engineering as well as general Systems Engineering support to government-sponsored programs in the National Airspace System, including Human Factors design requirements * Support the generation of the Software Requirements Specification (SRS), and System/Subsystem Specification (SSS). * Interact with multiple customer entities, end users including: controller and maintainers, as well as headquarters and FAA support organizations, and internal engineering organizations. Qualifications: * Typically requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 8-12 years of professional experience; or 6-10 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree. * Experience includes Human Factors Engineering and System Engineering * Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment * Ability to write in a clear and concise manner and be able to interface with other functional areas (e.g. Software, Hardware) including working directly with the client. * Interest in the Air Traffic Domain. Human Factors certifications and/or experience desirable. * System Engineering experience a plus as well. * Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Public Trust classified information.
