LabCorp Employer Services is a leading provider of biometric testing services, population health and comprehensive workforce wellness strategies. These services are performed by a network of LabCorp Employer Services personnel located throughout the country.


LabCorp Employer Services is seeking licensed healthcare professionals to administer vaccinations at clinics. Once hired, our staff have the ability to assign themselves to clinics in their area by utilizing our scheduling system. In addition, we provide pre clinic comprehensive training on LES protocols.

Our staff are responsible for the successful setup, execution, and breakdown of clinics while adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations. Staff are also responsible for receiving clinic supplies, inventory management, and timely return of documentation and unused supplies.


  • Administer vaccinations while complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations
  • Monitor participants during the vaccination process and manage adverse reactions if necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service while putting participants at ease
  • Receive all clinic supplies, including vaccine, and transport to and from site
  • Perform clinic set up and cleanup
  • Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
  • Return participant PHI and post clinic documentation in a prompt and timely manner
  • Return unused clinic supplies in a prompt and timely manner
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current license (RN, LPN, LVN, NP, PA, Pharmacist, etc.) in the state administering vaccinations
  • Minimum of 1-year experience administering vaccinations
  • Proficient taking blood pressure
  • CPR/First Aid certified
  • Knowledge of HIPPA, OSHA, and federal/state/local laws and regulations
  • Must be willing able to receive and return clinic supplies
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic tablet and computer skills
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation
  • Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Must be at least 18 or older

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 15 to 30 pounds at times.

Reporting to the Operations Management and coordinating as needed on all operational issues. He/she posts monthly and daily assignments for the clinical team, as well as the daily workstation assignments for clinicians. This individual serves as the first line of communication for the department to convey patient schedule changes, time clock issues, and PTO requests.</p><ul><li><p>Performs all clinical functions within the Outpatient Clinic, with dedicated time for additional operational duties</p></li><li><p>Prepares daily clinic assignment sheet, utilizing departmental and practice dynamics to discern the best clinician/team member combinations</p></li><li><p>Fairly distributes workload among clinical team, alternating schedules of lesser volume, break times, etc.</p></li><li><p>Grants PTO on monthly schedule within specific guidelines set by Ballad and management, requesting management approval for any requests outside of established guidelines</p></li><li><p>Prepares monthly schedules, ensuring adequate coverage within the department (including early and late hours) and other areas of cross-coverage</p></li><li><p>Monitors time clock system for missed punches and consults with employees to complete missed punches.</p></li><li><p>Participates in operational aspects of implementation of new processes</p></li><li><p>Serves as EHR super user/resource for team members and clinicians</p></li><li><p>Performs employee health tasks for office (flu vaccines/TB tests, medication administration)</p></li><li><p>Reviews EPIC regarding completion orders, medication administration, and overdue orders</p></li><li><p>Leads the development and training of new team members, implementing practices that deliver safe competent care to patients based upon application of the nursing process</p></li><li><p>Other duties, as assigned.</p></li></ul><p>REPORTING RELATIONSHIP</p><p>See Table of Organization.</p><p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p><p>High School Graduate. Graduate of an LPN program, a Paramedic course, or an A-EMT course. 2 years' experience working in a physician practice setting is required.</p><p>Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills. Computer competency, including basic MS Office skills. Ability to work without close direct supervision. Excellent rapport with co-workers in all departments and with providers. Ability to function as role model for other PCTs and LPNs. Excellent understanding in the functioning and troubleshooting of the EHR.</p><p>Current LPN license for state of practice.</p><p>Current A-EMT license for state of practice.</p><p>Current Paramedic license for state of practice.</p><p>CPR is required for any RN, LPN, PCT, Patient Transporter or other direct patient care provider. Emergency Department, Intensive Care Units, PACU, Medical Emergency Team and Anesthesia require ACLS.
