Responsibilities
The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this classification and are not all-inclusive of the specific position.
Reports to Owner Services for daily task list
Conduct, follow-up and report on all arrival and departure inspections of units daily
Review day in reviews from Front Desk and Housekeeping
Report and review all damage reports
Tracks pending maintenance items and specific owner preferences, coordinate with in house departments, and follows
up for completion
Assist the Housekeeping team as needed.
Reports directly to the Owner Services Rental Manager
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Attend Owner functions as needed
Participates in special projects and documents that they are accomplished within specified time frames
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills are required
Must be a team player, have the ability to multitask, and adapt to the ever-changing situations and needs of the
department
Must be willing to work independently and is self-motivated
Must have personal vehicle to use during scheduled shift
Candidate must be detail oriented, well organized, and professional
Knowledge of computers, tablets/iPad, Power Point, and Microsoft Office are highly recommended
Hopitality experience preferred but not required
Single Bed, no pets. If interested, inquire during job interview
