Job Description Job Description VA Engagement for External Agents Onboarding Process End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire onboarding process for new agents, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the completion of the initial training period.

Orientation Programs: Design and conduct orientation programs to introduce new hires to company culture, policies, and procedures. Onboarding Schedule:

Develop and manage a detailed onboarding schedule, including key milestones and checkpoints. Develop and maintain our offboarding process and loss analysis Contract Signing Document Preparation: Ensure all employment contracts and related documents are accurately prepared in accordance with legal and company standards.

Coordination: Manage the distribution and collection of contracts, ensuring timely completion and addressing any discrepancies. Compliance: Verify that all documentation complies with local labor laws and company policies. Training Support Collaboration with Departments:

Work closely with department heads to identify and provide necessary training for new and tenured agents. Resource Allocation: Ensure new hires have access to all required training materials and resources.

Training Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of new hires through their initial training period, addressing any issues that arise. Data Management Data Entry:

Accurately enter employee data into HR systems, maintaining up-to-date records. Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information. System Updates:

Regularly review and update HR systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations. Survey Feedback and Improvements Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from new hires regarding their onboarding experience through surveys and interviews.

Process Analysis: Analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implementation of Changes:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the onboarding process and overall experience based on collected feedback. Agent Escalations: Be the owner of all agent escalations and collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve their issues and communicate results clearly.

Agent Engagement Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement agent engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Culture Building:

Promote company values and culture through various international engagement activities and events. Engagement Metrics: Measure agent engagement levels through surveys and feedback mechanisms, and use data to drive improvements.

Recognition Programs: Implement recognition and reward programs to celebrate employee achievements and contributions. Referral Program:

Manage and improve our referral program to grow the team further and reward our agents on time Social Events: Organize social events and team-building activities to enhance camaraderie and team spirit among employees. Realignment: Control agent realignment between clients and develop special programs to improve performance Agent Chat:

Be an ever present face on all chat activities, collect feedback, respond and create cross department action items. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience. Proven experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement or organizational development.

Proven track record of successfully implementing engagement programs and initiatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proficient in HR software and engagement tools. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in employee engagement and organizational behavior.
