What you'll do here:

• Quickly and iteratively design wireframes and detailed designs

• Lead in the creation of user-centric, ego-less designs

• Proactively pitch new omni-channel CX ideas, backed by strong rationale

• Work independently in times of ambiguity

• Co-lead workshops and test planning

• Drive stakeholder alignment through early feedback sessions

• Design for flexibility, personalization and automation

• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches

• Work with small multi-disciplinary teams. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges

• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes

• Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Around 5 years relatable experience

• Experience building, using, maintaining, and advocating for design systems.

• Proficiency with standard design, prototyping and productivity tools, including Figma, Jira and Adobe Creative Suite.

• A clear understanding of what constitutes superior design and the drive to continually elevate standards.

• Demonstrable experience in designing, prototyping and launching exceptional end-to-end experiences.

• Ability to distill complex information and requirements into simple flows.

• Sound knowledge of web and mobile UI technologies.

• Eagerness to deeply understand customers and their needs.

• Thorough knowledge of usability and accessibility standards.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain your design decisions.

• Enthusiasm for design craftsmanship and a commitment to stay inspired.

• An online portfolio showcasing your design approach and impact, through highlighted work samples or case studies

• Bonus: experience in front end development

Where you'll work: This is a hybrid opportunity, Tuesday through Thursday in office.
