Team Overview:
The UX/UI team have a passion for simplicity while solving complex problems, user-centered design, data concepts, data visualization, and Agile development. The team works alongside our product team to deliver innovative, simple user experience for marketing technology, big data and data visualization.
Qualifications
Required Skills And Qualifications
Must have design portfolio links on resume or application.
2-5 years of working experience as a UX/UI Designer.
Proficiency with Figma (a must!), Sketch, Adobe CC and Axure.
Strong, effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Experience working with data visualizations, data concepts, business intelligence and/or ad tech.
Experience writing user research scripts, conducting user research and testing, analysing and presenting the results.
Experience working with development and engineering teams in an agile environment.
A proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of best practices for digital user accessibility
Knowledge of CSS, HTML, responsive design, other front-end technologies also a plus
Intellectual curiosity and drive; self-starters will thrive in this position.
A formal education in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, User Experience, or related field
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Review & discuss with product to discover both business and user needs.
Collaborate with product team on prioritization in overall product roadmap.
Design clear flows and interactions for new and existing web-based applications informed and validated by research and data.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks to illustrate solutions.
Present ideas to product owners and stakeholders through whiteboarding, demos, walkthroughs
Work with other designers to define and maintain application visual standards and design patterns.
Work with developers to support the realization of ideas and solutions.
Work with the QA to validate development and user acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with both product and enablement teams to conduct usability testing and improve user experience through iteration.
Designing, building, testing, and deploying scalable, reusable and maintainable applications that handle large amounts of data.
Write new components across various applications under the Web-Components standard.
Perform code reviews and provide leadership and guidance to junior developers.
Ability to learn and teach new technologies.

Compensation Range: $63,000 to $90,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, Benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependence Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation, sick, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
