Title: Technical Program Manager III

Position Description:

  • User Experience (UX) Program Manager will provide program management and operational support for UX Research and Global UX teams.

  • Role combines expert project management and communication skills with a passion for user experience to help your team innovate on new technology areas.

  • Manage our UXR participant database and streamline communication outreach. Collaborate cross functionally with Designers, Program Managers, and Engineers to coordinate and manage our global UX and Alpha programs and customer outreach.

Skill/Experience/Education:

Mandatory:

  • BA/BS in any field or equivalent practical experience

  • Demonstrated program/project management skills, with the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously successful with a great attention to detail

  • Good at connecting with various audiences and influencing individuals and groups

  • Familiarity with user-centered design process and product development processes.

  • Experience working with design, research, and engineering teams on innovative projects.

  • Track record of coordinating user experience research Proficient with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar & Google Slides

Your Impact: * Based on empathy and data, you'll create and deliver product and feature concepts into market * Grow and inspire a team of UX designers to do the best work of their lives * Translate the science of agriculture into useful and usable solutions for the world's farmers * Engage in user researcher with farmers in their field and equipment around the world * Demonstrate the power of prototyping to learn quickly and iteratively * Contribute constructively to the improvement of designers, our design craft, and their work through design and product reviews * Create a strong design point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends Basic qualifications: * 4+ years of UX management experience * 7+ years of experience in UX Design * Experience in making data-driven design decisions * Proven experience in leading UX initiatives including mapping the end-to-end customer experience, identifying the most important problems, prototyping to solve those problems, and lead a team to build an MVP * Proven experience in delivering digital products into market and iterating improvements * Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams at varying stages of the design process * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field; Master's preferred * Mastery of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision Preferred qualifications: * Endlessly curious about people, technology, design, and life * Tenacious about solving problems and seeing projects through to the end, we call it "grit" * A love for the craft of Design and Design Thinking and our ever evolving toolset * Ability to speak about your work with measured passion and data * Energy amplifier — things get better when you enter the room * Paper and pen come before you sit down at a screen * Quick and dirty feedback is your oxygen when breathing life into an idea What We Offer: Our teams are composed of industry experts, top scientists, and talented engineers.
