Skill and Role Summary:
Senior Business UX Designer with experience in Financial/Banking/Trading web applications
We are building rapid prototyping teams to design customer experiences and business experiences that will transform the way our clients do business.
We are looking for strong visual/UI designers with a passion for teamwork, creativity and design thinking. People who are self-motivated and who can effectively partner with other disciplines to conduct design thinking sprints to concept, design, build and launch these incredible new experiences.
Business Impact: We are asked to build a team of between 6 and 20 employees to partner with their internal design teams to create a high-functioning long-term partnership as they work to transform their business. This account and project has been ranked as our Financial Services business vertical's #1 strategic priority in the Northeast.
Deliverables: As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate with the team to create sketches, final design elements and clickable prototypes.
This application allows users to manage accounts, manage portfolios, make trades, etc. The initiative is running is the digitization of all these services. They are aiming to automate everything to cut costs and handle everything through digital channels.
The work is a mix of imagining the experiences (we already have this set) and executing through UI and experience design.
Business web applications experience is HIGHLY preferred.
These roles are business UI designers, not just visual designer. Experience in Visualization is helpful. They will be using a design framework that already exists.
We are NOT looking for advertising or branding or your typical "agency" person. The designers will need take an existing workflow and design an experience around it. The work is extremely detailed and very data-driven.
Experience wise, if you're looking outside of the financial industry, we see overlap in insurance or healthcare folks. Anyone who's created web applications for the back office or operations side of things; for example a platform for the fulfillment side of retail.
