UX Designer, Amazon Business

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to help us build best-in-class payment experiences for Amazon Business. You will work with writers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to shape global payment experiences for business customers.

Key job responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings

• Create iterative user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual designs

• Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, data insights, and usability findings into designs

• Utilize and adhere to branding guidelines and design standardization across all of the team's products

• Present design solutions to multiple teams for review and feedback

• Work alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle

• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of design experience

• 3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience

• Have an available online portfolio

• Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs

• Experience in visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides

• Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices

• Experience in B2B or B2C e-commerce or payment products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
