Tight knit financial company looking to add experienced designer to lead their UX team. This position is a contract to hire role located in Kennett Square, PA but is 100% remote. You will be the lead, working on a financial risk application on a team of 12 which includes product owners, developers and stakeholders. Each designer takes the lead on their own products to establish the best UX practices. Candidates are expected to have experience working on products from end to end and strong knowledge in creating prototypes.

The role reports to the Design Director who started the UX practice at this company eight years ago. He has built the team on a supportive base and expects the team to show strong leadership skills. This company puts its employees first, offering a great supportive, learning environment.

Required Skills & Experience

3 Years' Experience in user experience design or related field
Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction or equivalent practical experience
Experience with rapid prototyping concepts and thinking in an Agile environment
Skills in Sketch, Invision, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to demonstrate design foundation in information hierarchy, color theory and typography

Desired Skills & Experience

Any knowledge of HTML and CSS
Some knowledge of JavaScript
Strong leadership skills

VIEW JOBS Description Primarily responsible for leading the service team including cashiering, and recovery-related functions and is accountable for customer service and operational front-end standards. Provides leadership and clear direction to associates and actively participates in the customer-facing and service aspects of the store, including the support of front-end operations and programs and customer carry outs. Serves as the primary Manager on Duty (MOD) when present. When serving as MOD, leads and provides direction to store associates performing all cashiering, customer service, recovery, and furniture-related activities on the sales floor. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician, ideally with a background in new construction, to join The Flats at Kennett Square team. The Lead Maintenance Technician is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the physical aspect of our apartment community meets the company's standards and applicable laws in the areas of inspection, maintenance and repair. In this role, the individual will oversee an on-site maintenance technician, and lead the team in the diagnosis and repair in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, dry-walling, exterior structural and appliance repair. Responsibilities: * Oversees all aspects of maintenance for the 175-unit "new construction" residential apartment property, including preparing apartments for first residents and performing punch lists. * Responsible for participating in the on-call rotation. * Establishes and adheres to a preventative maintenance program for all property equipment and apartment systems. * Works with the property manager to schedule and complete make-ready work for all vacant units. * Directs co-workers engaged in grounds maintenance, facilities maintenance, and general cleaning duties - participating where necessary. * Manages all maintenance material inventory including tools, equipment, and supplies. Constantly evaluating ways to reduce costs and find best value pricing. * Regularly checks in on vacant units to ensure that they are secure and in good order. * Works with property manager and maintenance staff to review and coordinate work orders. Inspects completed work to ensure accuracy. * Responsible for helping to ensure the safety of all co-workers and guests by reporting any safety concerns to the property manager immediately.
