As TelTech's UX Content Strategist, you will be responsible for leading our copy and content strategy throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
You'll use your UX experience and processes to craft compelling communication throughout the marketing and product funnels to design an exceptional and delightful experience for our customers. You'll dive deep to our user experience to develop empathy for the user experience that will fuel the copy improvements you'll implement.
Using your project management skills, you'll lead the ideation, development, testing, and execution of all copy improvements across our mobile app portfolio. Your passion for grammar and punctuation will ensure all business-critical copy is attention-worthy to our customers, stakeholders, and potential partners. Success as TelTech's UX Content Strategist is measured in increased conversion rates, reduced user friction/churn.
You won't be alone. You will work with our growth marketers, product managers, data analysts, designers, developers, and tech support teammates to ensure your growth engine is performing well.
Must-Have Job Qualifications
2-4+ years of product experience as a content strategist or UX writer.
A portfolio with samples of product, UX, digital advertisements, and mobile app content, including microcopy, and push notifications.
Ability to translate ideas into thoughtful, concise, and compelling copy.
Familiarity with content issues relating to localization, accessibility, inclusion, and privacy.
Strong understanding of the relationship between copy, information hierarchy, and graphic design.
Ability to communicate findings, recommendations, and decisions in an articulate manner.
Experience working with mobile apps or mobile app teams.
Experience in brand strategy; leading or assisting in strategic brand developments, brand messaging, or verbal brand identity.
Experience in digital advertising or mainstream advertising.
Experience with direct response marketing.
Basic to intermediate HTML/CSS experience.
A passion for design; UI/UX, typography, visual brand identity
