Uwws Team Sub-A Program Management Analyst (Future Opportunity)

We are currently seeking a UWWS TEAM SUB-A Program Management Analyst to join our team based out of the Washington D.C. area with initial delivery being primarily remote due to COVID19.

What you'll do:

The UWWS TEAM SUB-A Program Management Analyst will provide programmatic support to the TEAM SUB Front Office Operations team.

• Prepares the quarterly updates to the Team Sub Human Capital Plan that documents action plan progress, and quarterly and end of year personnel metrics

• Supports Team Sub staffing functions for all hiring actions

• Conducts Enterprise Resource Planning training in the Business Financial Management discipline on an as required basis

• Reviews, verifies and tracks the Team Sub Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act and Acquisition Corps functions to include training, applications for membership, monitoring progress toward certification, records, and final certification

• Provides the orientation briefing for all new employees

• Provides tools and metrics to effectively manage Team Submarine's Human Resources and Facilitate Strategic and Tactical plans

• Tracks Team Sub training resources are expended efficiently and effectively

Our ideal candidate:

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's level degree in a business or technical field

• Ten or more years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field

• Active DoD Secret clearance

Desired Education and Experience

• Ten or more years experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs

• Experience leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer

• Five or more years of experience working with NAVSEA Corporate Operations

• Communicates clearly and effectively (oral and written);

• Interacts comfortably with team and client personnel;

• Demonstrates self-motivation, excellent time-management, and organizational skills;

• Possesses strong analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to work well under pressure, can meet tight deadlines, and is committed to complete projects;
