About the Stewarding Role:

The Stewarding team ensures that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the "heart of house" clean and safe. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to a team environment, able to partner with kitchen, Banquets, and other heart-of-house teams to ensure a clean environment and adequate supplies to run the operation effectively.
