Primary Responsibilities

HDR is in need of a Utility Management Analyst to join our Water Business Group team in Raleigh, NC. The primary duties of the Utility Management Analyst includes working under the guidance of project managers/senior consultants to perform specialized engineering consulting services in areas that may include: database assessments and analysis, GIS analysis, computer programming, and/or desire to implement information systems and technology solutions to support infrastructure planning.

Should have experience with planning and implementation of infrastructure inspection and condition assessment programs; business process assessments, operations optimization, regulatory support, system conveyance, master planning, technology selection/on-boarding, data management/ visualization, or financial planning and utility rates. Will also implement a range of best management practices with water, wastewater, and/or stormwater utilities including asset management and maintenance management best practices. Will perform analysis of large utility maintenance management systems, and/or condition assessment databases to support inspection, condition assessment, and planning programs.
