We specialize in locating and identifying underground utilities to ensure the safety and efficiency of construction and infrastructure projects across Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Utility Locator to join our team in Sioux Falls and surrounding areas of South Dakota. As a Utility Locator, you will be responsible for accurately identifying and marking the location of underground utilities such as communication, gas, water, sewer, and electrical lines. Your work will play a critical role in protecting of the infrastructure of your local and surrounding communities. Responsibilities: - Use industry leading equipment and technology to locate and mark underground utilities.

• Collaborate with project managers and construction crews to ensure accurate utility information.

• Follow safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of utility locations.

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous utility locating experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read maps and know directions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Pre-employment drug testing is required.

• Ability to walk an average of 5 miles per day dependent on work load.

• Willingness to work in all types of weather conditions.
