You Are:

A skilled utility industry practitioner who knows how to reinvent Customer Experience in the new digital world. You have experience designing and implementing digital transformation in a functional and/or technical capacity with CRM / Customer Care focus on business process improvement and/or supporting technical solutions (e.g. in the contact center, back office and strategic departments of a retail utility). You identify, target, and organize for intelligent customer and retail growth with new connected energy experiences.

The Work:

Functional consulting to support system implementation support work. Technology preference would be SAP or Oracle.

Consultant will contribute to Utilities Industry Meter to Cash process transformation including: Rates to align with utility tariffs and business requirements, including complex rate design. Consult clients about business and system integration services.

Translate client needs into business and technology solutions. Lead customer workshops and document business process designs. Write functional specifications.

  • Understand client challenges and articulate the value of transformation in terms of business outcomes

  • Bring thought leadership on most critical issues Utilities face today, and in the future

  • Constantly learn and bring new technologies and innovative solutions to our clients

  • Be a role model and a coach for the next generation of Accenture analysts and consultants

  • Champion people on your team to succeed professionally and personally

  • Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients from strategy to technology; from the C-Suite to the front line; for business and IT

  • Integrate business data to discover new insight and enable evidence-based business decisions

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry or Utility Industry Consulting required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a techno-functional advisory or consulting role

  • Minimum 3 years of SAP or Salesforce experience designing and implementing rates. Knowledgeable in different billing rates, interval-based Time of Use programs, and ability to interpret tariff sheets

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $89,000 - $130,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
