Utility Equipment Operator I - Wastewater

Hours: Full time; Monday

• Friday; 7:30 a.m.

• 4 p.m.

This position requires skilled work providing preventative cleaning, maintenance, construct and repair, and perform inspection duties on sanitary sewers to provide reliable sewer service to commercial, domestic, and industrial customers. THIS SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION IS SUBJECT TO MANDATORY DRUG TESTING POLICIES AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT.

Qualifications:   High school graduate or equivalent and at least 6 months of experience in the operation and maintenance of trucks and construction equipment heavier than pickup trucks;  or any equivalent combination of training and experience.

Necessary Special Requirements: Valid driver's license. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required or the ability to obtain within 60 days of appointment.
