Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
Scans guest tickets upon entry to an event and guides guests to their seats
Collects and validates patron tickets to events
Provides information to patrons about the venue
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Addresses patron complaints and issues or refers them to a Shift Manager, as needed
Assists in maintaining a safe and secure patron experience according to department policies and procedures
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
Good verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the Arena and the property layout
Ability to work as part of the event staff team
Training Requirements:
Knowledge of the Casino property and it's offerings
Knowledge of the Arena's emergency evacuation plan
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs for extended periods of time
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
