The User Support Analyst position will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals. Stuller is looking for someone who can conduct tests, analyze results, and report observations to system developers seamlessly. This role will provide quality software development and deployment through automated and manual tests, ensuring the software executes correctly per design and build specifications.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent GED, with a background in with a background on Computer Science, Informatics, etc.
Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
Excellent communication skills to liaison between development, customers, and management.
Experience with continuous integration tools and workflows.
Create and document test cases and test plans
Execute test scripts/cases to test system modifications to prepare for implementation
Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
Evaluate and escalate problem situations to system business analysts, developers, project managers, while also presenting potential solutions.
Perform root cause analysis
Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes
Maintain history of known defects
Participate in design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and potential solutions
Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
Up-to-date knowledge of software, test scripts, testing methodologies
Working knowledge of scripting / programming
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
