You have a
track record (3+ years professional experience) of conducting consumer & Enterprise user research and / or user testing and applying insights within a B2C or B2B company. 2-3 year experience in analysing usage analytics through Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture.
You have experience with qualitative user research including sampling/
recruiting, contextual inquiry, field research and design & user testing using in-depth interviews, surveys and focus groups.
You are adept at diverse data analysis techniques for qualitative data & can be dangerous
w/ quantitative data too.
You're self-directed and collaborative, and you'll be able to quickly assess company needs to develop and execute
for a product roadmap needs. You identify key research questions and objectives in partnership with product, design and engineering teams.
You are adept at managing multiple research vendors through contracts, statement of works, etc. to partners for recruiting & data analysis.
You're curious and analytical: you know how to ask the right questions and get meaningful data to answer them. You have excellent communication skills and can help tell stories around insights that will help other teams execute on your findings.
You carry out research projects with the highest levels of customer awareness and business/brand reputation (especially if you have experience within commercial fleets/telematics).
You will partner with a cross-discipline design team (and agencies/vendors) to invent, execute and improve upon breakthrough solutions that our customers love.
You have a degree in HCI, Design research, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related subject, and have practical experience in applying insight holistically to better position end-user experiences across a multitude of product opportunities.
Conduct multiple parallel UX research studies that cross multiple domains. Create a repeatable research process
Establish UX research efforts at Verizon Connect and disseminate best practices.
Manage multiple research vendors/ partners for recruiting, data analysis & completion of research
Partner with Verizon marketing, product, design, and development teams to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Plan/conduct user research and communicate results throughout Verizon Connect.
work closely with development teams to audit existing analytics tags in the product (using google or omniture), analyse and produce usage reports for broader teams and leadership. Propose new tagging hierarchy and architecture.
