Immediate need for a talented User Expererience Designer/Product Designer. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mclean, VA /New York/Philadelphia, PA/Richmond, VA (Hybrid). Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have Skills: Figma, Prototyping, Product Design/User Experience design.

• User Experience Design/Product Design

• Figma- Highly Skilled

• Advanced Figma- Figma Variables, Figma Libraries

• Prototyping

• Understanding/Build Design Systems

• User Centered Design (UCD)

• Good Communication

• Understand product partners motives

• Confident in collaboration, need excellent collaborator

• Tech Savvy- Working with engineers and product partners

• Any industry experience is preferred
