User Analysis (Ua) User Experience (Ux) - Change Management Lead

The successful candidate will serve as a user analysis and change management lead for an exciting and rewarding contract with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Integrated Award Environment (IAE) Office of Outreach and Stakeholder Management (OSM).

This position will be responsible for:

  • Act as a team lead for the UA/UX and Change Management team
  • Identifying, understanding, and connecting with groups of audiences (users, persona groups) of the customers systems
  • Organizing and analyzing discussions with users to identify trends, needs, and topics to explore for customer's user-centric activities
  • Documenting and delivering user group analysis artifacts (use cases, personas, journey maps) which contribute to discussion of user-centered design and persona-centric communications and user training
  • Identifying user needs and knowledge gaps to contribute to user support materials (guides, dictionaries, in-line assistance, FAQs, Knowledge Center updates)
  • Leading the Change Management team in tracking system changes and updates, including status updates and release notes
  • Managing weekly meetings with senior government personnel
  • Creating test scripts and testing concept models with users for testing
  • Ability to present requirements to Leadership
  • Reinforcing change (Data gathering, corrective action and recognition)
  • Managing change (Detailed planning, communication and change management implementation Training, Testing, Lead activities)
  • Experience in a key analytical role on large and complex enterprise projects
  • Able to identify and consider technical/design implications of the application of technology

to the current environment.

  • Knowledge of SOAP webservices and APIs

Other duties include:

  • Work with corporate leadership team to support business development activities
  • Contribute to corporate success through participation in corporate initiatives
  • Establish and build effective relationships with customers and teammates

Requirements

At minimum, the candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Ability to maintain Public Trust clearance
  • Experience with projects operating in an Agile environment
  • Familiarity with SOAP web services
  • Familiarity with tools-SoapUI and Postman
  • Experience creating technical User Test scripts
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
  • Familiarity with APIs, development environment, and wireframes
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with projects with user analytics and training support

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the GSA Federal Acquisition Service (FAS)
  • Familiarity with Federal Business Opportunities (FBO)
  • Familiarity with Sprint Planning
