User Acquisition Group Manager

We are looking for a talented MARKETING GROUP MANAGER for our studio in AMSTERDAM. Better known as the Youda studio.

From our studio in Amsterdam we supply the world with Governor of Poker 3 and Monopoly Poker and if we drop one on you, you know it's "time to play".

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and championing (new) initiatives based on industry best practices, available budget, and ROI. You're KPI-oriented and experienced in using finances/budget to gain commercial success.

• Leading and managing our Marketing team that consists of a Brand Marketing team and a UA team. This means acting as a role model and managing the performance & coaching of your team.

• Ability to translate big data into a few key insights to assist the development of relevant, impactful and measurable solutions.

• Identify & develop strategies and tactics to boost the company's goals.

• Partner with our function experts of several departments (R&D, Product, LiveOps) - to ensure our plans and commercial KPI's are achieved.

REQUIREMENTS

• Deep understanding of the performance marketing world from all possible angles. Familiar with the latest business trends, including the ability to offer out-of-the-box solutions with a positive "can-do" attitude and a passion for both marketing and analytics.

• Communications - able to communicate clearly to your team and internal stakeholders.

• Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, develop actionable recommendations, and implement them.

• Strategic mindset, to do a holistic marketing approach, from brand to performance marketing.

• Proven track record in solving business problems with creative solutions.

• Passion for (online) advertising/marketing performance and user acquisition.

• Personal Skills a team player with a positive and fun personality.

• Technical skills - solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint - a must

• Fluent English - a must
