USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT) LEAD - TEMPORARY
This position is responsible will develop and oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of assigned UCare projects. Create tools, templates, and processes to be used by PMs and BAs to execute UAT.
Develop and execute the UAT Plan. Communicate testing progress and any issues to the Program Manager and Project Manager(s).
Collaborate with QA Manager and all stakeholders to produce an approved UAT Test Plan, driving alignment on the project's testing strategy.
Create core UAT documentation deliverables for PEP tollgates and CAB, including the UAT Test Specification (end-to-end business scenarios) and UAT Test Results.
Plan and manage UAT resources in partnership with resource owners.
Train and coach business users in their roles and responsibilities for UAT, including the definition of UAT, test planning, test execution, acceptance criteria, test tools, and defect management.
Partner w/ business and technical resources if/as necessary to identify test data and appropriate test environment(s).
Lead the UAT Defect Management process.
Advocate for the business and project team, being the "voice of the customer".
Champion UAT and the role UAT plays in project management at UCare.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
QA and/or UAT Lead experience. Strong leadership skills.
Self-directing work style. High initiative and innovation. Ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
Business Analysis background, including UAT. QA background with an emphasis in UAT.
Strong Healthcare acumen/background, preferably on the payer side of the business. Project Management experience.
