Job Summary

This User Acceptance Tester position will be working with the I&FM Sales applications.

This position is responsible for evaluating requirements for testing new or modified products and documentation prior to production release. Designing, developing, creating, and executing test plans and cases based on software requirements and technical understanding of product architecture, as well as business processes and procedures. Executing various system, user acceptance, and ad-hoc tests according to approved test plans and testing schedule. Troubleshooting, in conjunction with end users and development teams, on issues of reproducing, investigating, and debugging software. Generating defect reports for issues found during testing and providing accurate testing status to project stakeholders. Focusing on project quality issues, but also makes contributions beyond immediate assignments. Managing multiple testing projects concurrently.


Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and 2 years of claims platform testing experience OR 6 years of claims platform testing experience.

  • 2 years of complex claim experience.

  • Knowledge of benefit provisions of group contracts and system interface skills.

  • Experience with analysis, verification and testing of claims coding.

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience meeting deadlines.

  • Analytical skills.

  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Knowledge of medical and industry terminology.

Preferred Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of I&FM contracts and operations.

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of I&FM Sales or Enrollment platform testing experience.
