Job Duties: This position mandates that the employee be able to perform all of the following functions:
Assist Used Equipment Manager and sales reps with administrative tasks related to used sales
Assist current and potential used equipment buyers by phone, email, and in person
Interact with all internal departments in regard to used equipment sales, service, and inventory
Work closely with service departments across company branches to coordinate used machine repairs and service
Maintain used machine advertising in print and internet mediums
Process and file all purchased and trade equipment
Electronically file all used sales
Assist in customer database applications
Provide back up support for other team members including the used sales coordinator
Assist with hotel and travel accommodations
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Candidate must possess strong computer competence especially in the Microsoft Suite and file management in a Windows based environment. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are a must to perform effectively in a fast paced work environment. Must have strong prioritization capability to meet project deadlines.
BACKGROUND TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of three years progressive experience in office administration within a service environment or an equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable to the Company.
