ITA International is currently seeking a motivated and talented individual who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience of a USCG NSC Senior Business & Financial Operations Specialist (PM) for USCG HQ in Washington D.C.
Provide Program Management support for the US Coast Guard National Security Cutter (NSC) Acquisition Program; Manage a team of 25+ contractors that perform logistics, engineering, design, development & testing of shipbuilding specifications, drawings and acquisition program documents. Draft, review & submit contractor progress & financial reports to the USCG client.
Perform recruiting, interviewing & hiring actions. Typically work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job
Ensure Team understands ITA's Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental Management Systems (QHSEMS) policy.
MA/MS degree plus10 years demonstrated experience supporting a major system shipbuilding acquisition program.Qualifications for Program Management Support shall include PMI certification (Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP)) or documented completion of all requirements for a DHS/DAWIA PM Level III certification. Be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance throughout the period of performance.Be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point and MS Outlook other software/tools
