Job Description Summary

GEHealthCare is in search of new leader to join our USCAN Services Order-to-Remittance (OTR) team.

This job is a remote opportunity.

By creating strong working relationships, you will influence various service and commercial business functions, driving continuous improvement in service contract management, invoicing, and sales support.

This position is responsible for the direct management and daily "on the floor" support for our Service Sales Operations Specialists (SSOS) team. The OTR Team Manager acts as the leader and owner for all policies, processes, metrics and customer escalations related to contract processing (adds, deletes, modifications), contract and system entitlements, activations, and invoicing in Siebel and other systems as applicable. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to execute strategic and tactical projects, including people, process, and tool enhancements to enable the growth of our USCAN Services business at GE HealthCare.

Job Description

Objectives:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of service sales support colleagues towards achieving company goals and objectives.

  • Lead closing activities during peak business periods with operations and field teams to ensure business goals are achieved timely, accurately, and compliantly.

  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures, and our standard operating procedures for all applicable processes.

  • Responsible for coordinating resources to support successful and timely audits for internal and external auditors.

  • Utilize metrics to monitor quality, efficiency, and KPI's to optimize resources and guide individuals to meet their goals.

  • Generate reports on team performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

  • Recognize and reward superior performance; provide feedback and encourage team members' professional development by providing opportunities for training and growth.

  • Retain and attract outstanding talent to the organization.

  • Identify and execute simplification and standardization projects across the contract management team that will lead to greater contract and billing accuracy.

  • Ensure appropriate engagement and clear collaboration and communication across all constituent groups and technology teams.

  • Provide operational support to cross-functional stakeholders to implement systemic solutions and maximize operational efficiency.

  • Leverage effective change management and change acceleration processes in executing enhancements to contract management and sales support.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of order management, commercial, and/or operations experience.

  • Ability to lead and set direction for a team, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, and solve problems.

  • Commercial and business operations expertise.

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams where coaching, mentoring, and teaching skills have been utilized.

  • Demonstrated experience driving change and utilizing Change Acceleration skills.

  • Aptitude and success in fostering solid, value-based relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, i.e., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio.

  • Siebel 8.1 knowledge or similar CRM tool.

  • Ability to effectively resolve challenging internal and external customer escalations.

  • Spend time working evenings and weekends during peak business periods with the ability to be in office and/or travel 10% of the time.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Master of Business Administration

  • 5+ years of order management, commercial, and operations experience.

  • Ability to lead and effectively communicate across multiple levels of the company.

  • Solid understanding of USCAN Service Delivery and Commercial Service processes.

  • Experience managing and/or supervising a team of direct reports.

  • Lean or Six Sigma expertise.

  • Strong direct and indirect influencing skills.

  • Advanced working knowledge in Excel, using spreadsheets, graphing, tables, and calculations.
