Overall management for a sales target within the US and Canada region. Based out of Atlanta. You will be responsible for driving the performance of assigned reseller partners in country while maintaining a high level of direct engagement with prospects to achieve personal sales goals.


To drive consistent sales revenue targets


  1. Achieve annual recurring revenue targets

  4. Drive First Customer Meetings to ensure that the top of the funnel is healthy
  5. Maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent coverage for future quota achievement

Avg of 15 FCMs attended per month

4X Pipeline cover forward for the next 90 days

Pipeline days in stage less than 60

New ARR and TCV generation in line with targets

Role Competencies

  • Strong sales experience and capability (SaaS a benefit)
  • Personal ownership of goals
  • Love the detail on deals
  • Drive consistency in systems and processes
  • Understanding the channel landscape
  • Strong negotiator
  • Ability to work strongly with a local and a global team
  • 3-5 years sales experience
  • IT solutions and Software sales (preferred)

This sales executive will be responsible for achieving annual sales quota, building Enterprise wide solutions, and leading all local activities to achieve the business goals. The Enterprise Account Manager will be the face of LEGO Education in the region, and in addition to leading growth initiatives, will also be asked to develop a strategic engagement plan for the territory focused on developing and nurturing adoption success stories, and establishing strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders. You will be asked to develop and maintain high-level relations with site, regional, and District Leadership, with a high-level presence and a network of relationships to facilitate LEGO Education growth and efficacy. Do you have what it takes to bring sales solutions expertise to the LEGO Education organization? * Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, managing a complex sale that positions LEGO Education as the leader in computer science Hands-on learning experiences in K12 * Provide strategic solutions and understand a complex customer that includes instructional stakeholders, district leadership, community partners, and classroom teachers. * Create contacts and drive sales process at the large School System level, managing and developing relationships from the senior leadership level of the school, system to the classroom champions. * Meet and Exceed annual revenue targets, as well as maintain market share and profitability in accordance with anual plans and budget * Maintain and Expand LEGO Education initiatives with current customers and build success stories that will generate new customers * Build goal-aligned solution proposals and pricing that meets both customer and LEGO Education needs. * Deliver High-Quality solution demonstrations, product presentations, and needs analysis * Ensure communication to the market adheres to LEGO and LEGO Education framework, guidelines and philosophy * Contribute to the strategy planning for LE NAM together with the Head of the sales team * Act as mentor for other colleagues and support their personal development and set the bar for impeccable key account management. * Engage with peers in the other global markets and contribute to the process management and sales tools developmen to be deployed across the organization. What you´ll need: * Bachelor- s degree and a minimum of 10 years- professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years consultative sales experience * Priority given to candidates with proven track record in driving complex sales / consulting solutions to K12 School Systems * Ability to communicate effectively horizontally and vertically across school systems, from, including district and school leadership, teachers and curriculum leads. * Ability to provide strategic solutions and understand a complex customer that includes instructional stakeholders, district leadership, community partners, and classroom teachers. * Proven ability to engage effectively at the executive-level, both internally and externally * Can identify market opportunities, cultivate interest, negotiate terms, and close sales.
