In collaboration with the National Development Director (NDD) and their Region Manager(s), this position will leverage Key Performance Indicators to establish prioritized coaching and inspection routines for Advisors/Wealth Teams within the region(s) and will utilize systems to document these routines for transparency and accountability. Teams and Financial Advisors are in high opportunity markets to increase productivity/revenue by building necessary competencies in the areas of practice management, advisory based programs, financial planning, insurance strategies, small business products and other key strategic drivers. Educates and coaches the teams on the advisory process, prospecting, financial planning (construction and delivery) and best practices. Creates and identifies sales opportunities including contributing and providing subject matter expertise for client events and presentations. Works closely with bank partners including market leaders and bank presidents to develop business, support introductions and educate partners to support our One Bank Philosophy. Leverages internal and external partners and product providers to deliver value-added content and product training. Promotes integrated partnership opportunities that generate new client prospects and the deepening of the overall relationship of existing clients.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance (or related field), or equivalent work experience

  • Five years of investment experience, which includes at least three years of sales and managerial experience in the investment/advisory industry

  • FINRA 7, 63 & 65/66 and insurance licenses

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of geographical areas, competitive markets, banking operations and U.S. Bancorp's products and services

  • Demonstrated previous success as a leader of financial services/investment professionals utilizing effective coaching and performance management techniques

  • Demonstrated business development skills and securities industry knowledge including brokerage business

  • Strong leadership and project management skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Effective interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and persuade others

  • Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to travel

Duty performance expectations include the following: * Oversee development of community DRE budgets, CC&R's and Annexation documents; * HOA initiation and development of community Rules & Regulations and Design Guidelines; * Serve as Builder Liaison and Board * Provide necessary support to Operations (horizontal and vertical) during Duty performance expectations include the following: * Review of plans, specifications and details to ensure accuracy; * Identification of areas that warrant detail review and value engineering; * Coordination of plan changes and approvals; * Communication of development goals to the community * Interact with the Regional Environmental Manager and division on issues relating to our Lennar Environmental Management System (LEMS) which includes storm water, air quality, wetlands, and environmental site investigation * Perform all other duties as assigned * Qualifications * Two (2) – nine (9) years minimum experience in community entitlement and homebuilding process, some public agency experience preferred * Homebuilding and land development experience with exposure in LA and Orange Counties preferred. * Bachelor's Degree minimum, in the field of construction management, urban design, business, engineering or related course study or equivalent years of experience * Valid driver's license * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.) * Excellent analytical and writing capabilities * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to meet multiple deadlines concurrently * Accept constructive feedback * Team player PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is a combined sedentary/mobile office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials such as plans and specifications weighing 25 pounds or less. Additionally, needs to be able to perform walks of communities under construction, as well as completed communities. Walks may be over uneven terrain comprised of dirt, landscape, concrete or asphalt. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
