As a Marketing Research and Insights Manager, you develop and implement Googles marketing research vision. This research will inform future marketing strategy and help businesses to make the most of the web. You understand consumers, have analytical horsepower and business judgment and define and prioritize research projects that illustrate and support the impact of advertising and media. You have experience drafting surveys, constructing marketing tests and driving the design and implementation of quantitative and qualitative studies. You support research stakeholders from sales, marketing and product teams, as well as manage relationships with external research agencies.

As a Marketing Research and Insights Manager, you will lead program impact and effectiveness measurement efforts, working as part of Brand and Consumer Insights. You will work with the GwG team to define and measure output and impact metrics, and will oversee the analysis and packaging of resulting findings and recommendations. Your responsibilities will include communicating these insights with GwG program teams, as well as with senior stakeholders in Marketing, PR/Comms and Policy. In addition to reporting on results of measurement tracking, you'll be in a position to assess effectiveness and provide strategic guidance to key stakeholders.

Oversee complex measurement and analysis programs, incorporating inputs from a range of geographies and audiences.
Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of seniority and liaise with Program teams.
Oversee insights reporting including the generation of reporting templates. Apply expertise and perspective to develop not just analysis, but directional insights and package, communicate findings and recommendations in a compelling way to senior/executive stakeholders.
Oversee qualitative and quantitative market research efforts to augment insight/understanding and package impact reporting for external publication.
Work with others to design systems and tools, to collect and automate the reporting of reach metrics across programs.
Experience designing and leading longitudinal education or training program evaluation research.
Familiarity with Data Studio and other Google data analytics and visualization tools.
Team player, with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
