ITA is seeking an USAFCENT Staff Security Forces Supply Support to join the team at the Shaw AFB in South Carolina.


Work is to be accomplished for the United States Air Force Central Command at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. Direct support will be provided to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron performing Base Security Operations and Support services at Al Dhafra AB, UAE; Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait; Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait; Al Jaber AB, Kuwait; Prince Sultan AB (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA); Muwaffaq-Salti AB (MSAB), Jordan; Al Udeid AB, Qatar and in CONUS.

The Contractor shall:

  • Be directly responsible for all USAFCENT Expeditionary Security Force Squadron (ESFS) supply operations. Provide oversight for all turn-in and disposal actions. Ensure units properly coordinate the transport of all supply items to and from storage facilities. Ensure units are coordinating shipment of all items and approve shipments in required systems.

  • Manage annual equipment inventories and accountability requirements.

  • Determine equipment authorizations and requirements functions. Manage stock levels and ensure equipment availability for all USAFCENT ESFS.

  • Ensure bench stock of general supplies and equipment is serviceable and ready for immediate issue. Manage equipment custodian accounts; obtains and issues supplies and mission critical equipment to personnel and workcenters.

  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair. Initiate and route service contracts for extemporaneous equipment.

  • Responsible for requisitioning, tracking, and obtaining equipment through the military supply system and understanding all forms and procedures associated with that function. Assist unit personnel with building all equipment custodian binders.


Candidates must have:

  • Three (3) years of USAF Material Control/Management experience within the last five (5) years.

  • Complete all Equipment Custodian training within two (2) weeks of arrival on site, if not already obtained.

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.

  • A current Government Driver's License.

  • Must possess a DoD approved SECRET security clearance to perform duties under this task order.

Additional qualifications are desired:- Three (3) years of S4 experience.

  • Experience using the USAF Munitions Forecast System.

Today, Shaw Air Force Base is the home of the United States Air Force Central Command (USAFCENT) Headquarters, the 15th Air Force Headquarters and the 20th Fighter Wing, and is the largest combat F-16 fighting wing. The base community consists of more than 7,140 active duty military members, 14,000 family members and more than 730 civilian employees. AFCENT is the Air Force Service Component of United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), a joint Department of Defense combatant command responsible for U.S. security interests in 27 nations that stretch from the Horn of Africa through the Persian Gulf region, into Central Asia. USAFCENT Command Operations Center Assistant Operations AnalysisSupport: Subtasks 1. Provide consulting, advisory and analytical services for the day-to-day management of the USAFCENT Command Operations Center (COC) with a focus on monitoring, analyzing, reporting, and coordinating USAFCENT mission activities in the Area of Operations on a 24/7 basis. Requires support of two personnel during all shifts to support directed requirements. 2. Provide 24/7 support to the staff director and lead operations analyst for accomplishing varied and numerous day-to-day analytical expertise. 3. Consolidate and provide input into operational briefings or briefing books to Commander, USAFCENT, and senior staff. Inform senior USAFCENT staff from either briefings or briefing binders of ongoing theater operations or issues. 4. Provide instructions for operating existing and future command and control equipment in the COC, to include analyzing and formatting data on the digital video recording system(DVR) and creating digitized computer files suitable to send to senior leadership to enhance notification of key AORevents. 5. Design, implement, and administer comprehensive database solutions for use by the USAFCENT Operations Center. Assist with management of the USAFCENT TMT. 6. Assist with the management of the USAFCENT knowledge environment, information exchange, and collaborative situation (e.g. share point websites, file management system) such that historical and current operational files and related media are tracked, stored, and maintained. Maintain a firm grasp on information flow requirements to include mission, operations, and commander's intent. 7. Serve as Crisis Action Team coordinating element and assist the RFI Manager in support of the USAFCENT staff. 8. Maintain and update consolidated USAFCENT senior staff phone rosters and email distribution lists on the AFCENT networks. 9.
