In this role, youll lead our marketing and communication efforts for Googles global food, event management, fitness, transportation, massage and other workplace experience services that bring our Real Estate and Workplace Services brand to life with Googlers and industry partners. Youll develop the marketing and communications strategy, resourcing and measurement approach for this portfolio and then make it happen, overseeing vendor partners as well as directly managing projects yourself. Youll apply your expertise to create fun, inspiring and integrated marketing and communication solutions; manage the communications for cross-functional change initiatives; and help leaders communicate effectively with their global teams -- all using a variety of channels (email, presentations, videos, talking points, articles, websites, social media and other fun Google channels).
This is a highly collaborative role that requires someone who works well with teammates, partners, vendors and internal clients; influences at all levels; takes feedback with grace and incorporates it quickly, and is willing to pitch in on projects outside of their core role to help advance the teams goals.
