Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile and collaborative. You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.

The Cloud Partnerships team is focused on accelerating the adoption of Google Cloud by attracting and growing partners who can acquire new customers and make them successful - while we focus on fueling our partners with a profitable business.

We expect to scale this business exponentially through partners - and the Partner Experience & Success Manager will be responsible for identifying areas of improvements from a partner perspective, prioritizing and implementing creative ideas into practical form to lead to an improved partner experience. This could include process, content, tools, and other such aspects to create a unique and differentiated experience for partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to evolve the experience across the partner lifecycle from an outside in perspective

  • Define the partner experience that is unique and differentiated in the marketplace

  • Prioritize the partner experience improvements that have high impact to partners

  • Drive the execution of the partner experience elements in a timely fashion

  • Drive cross-functional team support to ensure successful implementation

Qualifications


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously driving them to completion with various stakeholders and timelines.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7 years of demonstrated channel expertise.

  • Excellent interpersonal skillsincluding ability to handle multiple tasks at one time with deadline pressures, customer orientation (internal, external).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, clear and open communication and collaboration at all levels of the organization.

A Day in the Life The Global Market Development Manager isresponsible for developing and leading execution of the global growth strategy fora revolutionary cloud-based technology for the assigned disease specialty andrelated product groups for PillCam capsule endoscopy and ensuring revenue andprofitability targets are achieved globally. This role will work closely with the regional marketing and crossfunctional teams to ensure local translation and execution of the global planis achieved including, value proposition, pricing strategy, commercial plansand tactics and performance measures with an emphasis on patient access and businessexpansion. The position will report to theglobal BU for the assigned disease specialty and product(s). This position is flexible to be based in Duluth, GA, Boulder, CO or Sunnyvale, CA. Position Summary: MarketDevelopment * Identify and implement innovative cloud based solutions which expand patient access to care and drive transformative business models for our core PillCam Platform. * Establish a global market development strategy for launching a cloud-based solution taking into account how to address patient security and data concerns by specific global market. * Understand and address barriers around Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) in healthcare, and establish a detailed strategy on launching a first-to-market solution that uses A.I. and deep learning. * Establish strong relationships with influential healthcare professionals including those in clinical, health economics, and IT professionals. * Lead development of regional business and market development strategies and support execution by driving accountability and measuring and reporting results to senior leadership quarterly. * Continually evaluate and recommend timely adjustments of innovation strategy and execution tactics to meet changing market and competitive conditions, including revision of associated market models. * Create and refresh short (one year) and long term (four year) global market development plans to inform the annual operating plan (AOP) and strategic planning processes. * Maintain a regular communication pathway with all regional marketing partners to share best practices, ensure alignment and measure progress. * Lead key opinion leader (KOL) and medical society/advocacy strategy in conjunction with the Medical Affairs team to establish care guidelines, guide clinical evidence & value based care initiatives to establish programs that drive acceptance of key procedures. * Participate in the development of key marketing collateral and necessary branding materials required to grow the assigned business and ensure safe and effective use of our products globally. * Represent the global business and be the subject matter expert during the Patient Access Acceleration (PAA) process, with the goal of developing strategies and measurable action plans to overcome regional barriers to adoption and improve patient access to our technologies. CrossFunctional Collaboration * Build influential partnerships across regional marketing, sales, medical affairs, HEPR, R&D and other groups to ensure the global operating plan is achieved. * Work closely with the Product Innovation Manager to influence product enhancement and investment decisions in technologies, therapies and services being developed by leveraging subject matter expertise and global market insights. * Contribute to an environment of collaboration, trust, achievement and high engagement. Must Have: Minimum Requirements * BA/BSis required, MBA or advanced degree in Marketing preferred * 10+ years'experience is required.
