You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.
The Cloud Partnerships team is focused on accelerating the adoption of Google Cloud by attracting and growing partners who can acquire new customers and make them successful - while we focus on fueling our partners with a profitable business.
We expect to scale this business exponentially through partners - and the Partner Experience & Success Manager will be responsible for identifying areas of improvements from a partner perspective, prioritizing and implementing creative ideas into practical form to lead to an improved partner experience. This could include process, content, tools, and other such aspects to create a unique and differentiated experience for partners.

Identify opportunities to evolve the experience across the partner lifecycle from an outside in perspective
Define the partner experience that is unique and differentiated in the marketplace
Prioritize the partner experience improvements that have high impact to partners
Drive the execution of the partner experience elements in a timely fashion
Drive cross-functional team support to ensure successful implementation
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously driving them to completion with various stakeholders and timelines.
7 years of demonstrated channel expertise.
Excellent interpersonal skillsincluding ability to handle multiple tasks at one time with deadline pressures, customer orientation (internal, external).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, clear and open communication and collaboration at all levels of the organization.
