As a Global Client Lead, you'll work to grow Google Cloud Platforms business in our most strategic, transformational accounts globally. Youll work with strategic customers, partners, and internal teams and act as a subject matter expert regarding industry-specific needs, explaining how Googles offerings address those needs while providing a platform for unprecedented innovation to Google's customers.Leveraging industry experience and executive relationships, you will be uniquely positioned to spur the growth of Google Cloud Platforms products and services.

You'll lead a commercially-oriented team and influence the creation of a compelling, global go-to-market strategy for an industry-specific set of Global Clients with the goal to increase collaboration between the customer and Google Cloud. Additionally, you will be responsible for the agenda, key transformation relationships, and end-to-end success at each Global Client. Further, as a key leader on the Google Cloud team, you will inspire leading companies and insurgent movers in the industry of their domain expertise to work smarter with Google tools like Maps, G Suite, Search and Chrome.

  • Partner closely with global companies as a trusted Google technical advisor to identify cloud related design/development/deployment friction points from the customers perspective and rally teams to work through solutions.

  • Work with customers and partners to define joint initiatives and co-create their transformation roadmap.

  • Tell the Google innovation story and help translate it to actionable steps global companies can take towards adoption.

  • Collaborate across functional and product area boundaries to bring the best of Google to the customer.

  • Work towards growth goals by establishing and expanding relationships with large customers and business partners while actively contribute to the evolving Google Cloud business and product strategy.


Minimum qualifications:

  • 15 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience managing revenue and KPI attainment.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Relevant technical knowledge within leveraging cloud technologies for multi player game servers, content delivery, storage, etc.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.

  • Experience leading digital transformation in the industry.

  • Background of increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
