As a Growth Marketing Operations Manager, you will drive three main areas with data and analyses: annual and quarterly plans and objectives, organizational design, and resource allocation. In addition, you will project manage individual strategic projects, and enable strategy and process cohesion among our regional and central Growth Marketing teams. You are an expert in driving strategic insights from data, process improvements and consistency; you are both analytical and strategic, and have a pragmatic sense of getting things done. You help find solutions to day-to-day issues.

Manage strategic planning processes for growth: early, efficiently and effectively.
Create and manage monthly and quarterly global business reviews and provide foundational documentation/process for regional teams to be able to create their own versions.
Partner with Strategy and Science team to identify necessary infrastructure updates and solutions, specific to G Suite and Google Cloud Platform direct/online businesses and pipeline generating activities.
Oversee data-driven budget planning: create principles and strategy-based top down allocations; ensure bottom up asks are impact-based; reconcile the two.
Enable Growth marketing to get max results from its budget: manage resources and optimize all spending.
Experience with management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking background, or other profiles that have a mix of heavy analytics and strategic thinking.
Ability to build collaboration, credibility and relationships quickly across functions and levels; track record of delivery and impact at scale in organizations.
Strong project management capabilities; attention to detail, able to multi-task and advance activities across concurrent work-streams. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast moving environment.
Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
Ability to turn ambiguous information and unstructured problems into insights, plans and recommendations.
