The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Product Go-to-Market team works with multiple partners and stakeholders to create and deploy product and sales strategies that drive advertiser success and Googles growth. We partner closely with Global Product Leads (GPL), Sales, Technical Solutions, Marketing and our counterparts around the world to shape the product roadmap and drive the commercialization strategy for products and features.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Partner with the Measurement Google Tag Manager (GTM) lead to vet use cases and client fit for measurement solutions and act as on-boarding program manager for the Americas.
Assist with managing measurement feature request loop by identifying gaps in products and build business cases to influence the product roadmaps based on advertisers' needs.
Develop and deliver training and sales activation materials for our Large Customer Sales (LCS) and Platforms teams and partners.
Participate in internal and external meetings to help articulate the value of the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and advanced measurement solutions.
Partner with GTM and Global Product Lead (GPL) counterparts to commercialize and launch new measurement features across GMP.
Experience in product development.
Experience with Google Marketing Platform solutions.
Experience influencing and working with cross-functional teams.
Experience presenting solutions and directly engaging activation specialists, sales teams and advertisers.
MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical or engineering field.
Ability to present to executives and communicate with highly technical management teams.
Ability to influence without authority and work in a highly cross-functional environment.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple changing priorities.
Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, combined with excellent business judgment.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with effective executive presence.
