The Hardware and Retail Marketing organization is responsible for driving the growth of Google's hardware brands, including but not limited to Google Pixel, Google Home, Pixelbook, wearables and accessories. We partner with product teams to understand the user, shape the product roadmap, and bring products to market through coordinated global media campaigns. Google is committed to building radically effective experiences for customers at the intersection of hardware, software and artificial intelligence, and were growing the team.

The Partner Marketing team for Google Home and Nest works with external partners to bring their products and services to life and create value and delight for our users. You will work closely with partners across lighting, security, entertainment and other verticals to help shape experiences and tell our Smart Home stories. You will educate third parties about Google Home and the Google Assistant, shape product experiences and narratives and drive large-scale co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external partners, driving joint goals across brand and business metrics. Additionally, you will work closely with product, consumer, retail and international marketing teams to integrate and scale marketing activities and collaborate cross-functionally across Business Development, Sales, Product and Legal teams to drive bottom-line impact. You will be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

In this role, you will drive Nest/Google brand and product awareness within the industry with our partners, ultimately contributing to measurable partner success and increased consumer engagement. Your work will help Google Home and Nest to deliver on its promise to help consumers create a more thoughtful, connected home.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

  • Manage the partner product experience leveraging best practices and working across product teams to create best-in-class experiences. Collaborate and manage relationships with a diverse cross-functional team including other Marketing teams, Business Development, Sales, Product and Legal.

  • Lead creative executions, both Google and partner-led, authoring briefs, managing media plans, protecting brand voice and product standards and ensuring programs are on time and on budget.

  • Create and execute scaleable B2B2C marketing programs that generate increased awareness for Google and Nest devices through partner-led marketing activities.
