The FameBit By YouTube Sales team is busy making our core product better by ensuring we match the most relevant brands and creators, offering winning brand solutions across both media and branded content.

The FameBit By YouTube model is focused on scaled, organic integrations so - no production studios or scripts - but authentic content in the voice of the creator. As a Branded Content Manager, you will be the driver of brand deals for our creator ecosystem, partnering with internal YouTube SPM, Top Creator, Multicultural, Gaming, and Music teams to ensure both external brands and our YouTube creators are committed and excited about FameBit By YouTube.

The YouTube team helps budding creators build careers, creates products like YouTube Kids, YouTube Music, and YouTube Gaming, and engages communities around shared passions and global conversations.   • Manage the entire end to end influencer marketing process (from pitch to production) including working in the FameBit platform and across YouTube internal teams.

  • Curate the best creators to fit a brands campaign using our product tools and audience insights data.

  • Present brand sponsorship opportunities to creators, talent agencies, and talent managers. Consult full deal cycles starting with pitching sponsorship opportunities to creators and leading into video production and campaign completion.

  • Plan and manage campaigns and oversee execution of deliverables by creators in accordance with client agreements and legal compliance.

  • Curate talent lists for campaigns, working and consulting with independent creators and agencies.


Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in sales, account management, project management and execution, multi-tasking and implementation.

  • Experience in media, marketing, branded content or video program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience consulting brand deals with creators.

  • Knowledge and/or passion for YouTube creators and the YouTube platform.

  • Self-motivated individual that is comfortable operating in a rapidly changing and largely undefined industry.

  • Developed strategic thinking, strong communication (written and oral), and cross-functional coordination skills.

YOUR FOCUS (Responsibilities): You are consistently aiming to meet and exceed sales quotas with a high-level of customer service. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will drive success through superior management and motivation.
