The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Sales Incentive Analyst for the USAC Sales Services Organization you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Designing, implementing, and administering sales incentive plans aligned to 3M Sales Professional business strategies.

  • Reviewing, analyzing, and editing data from distribution to corporate systems

  • Processing payments and providing supporting documentation and reports

  • Assisting in distribution of monthly sales data to corporate and divisional systems for customer analysis, sales analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Developing proactive approaches to identify compensation challenges within the sales and account management teams and develop solutions.

  • Assisting in daily decision-making support in response to ad-hoc requests from the business

  • Becoming a subject matter expert with sales incentive data and its data sources

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, and Formulas

  • Master's degree or higher from an accredited university

  • Excellent problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills

  • Comfortable navigating complex data structures

  • SAP / Vistex experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 product capabilities, especially Excel

  • Strong Analytical and Mathematical skills

  • Qlik View and Power BI capabilities

Location: Open to remote locations within US

Travel: May include up to 10% Domestic/International

Relocation Assistance: Not Authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

A Senior Treasury Sales Analyst (TSA), is primarily focused on assisting Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) with generating new treasury management, depository business and client retention activities. The TSA compiles data for TSOs, creates proposal/presentation, proforma pricing analysis and other business development functions. The TSA may have direct responsibility across a certain portion of a TSOs portfolio including direct sales via telephone. The TSA may accompany TSOs on client calls; including significant phone time required to help with pre-call planning and sales support and for sales presentations. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Work independently and in partnership with TSO to create pro forma statements, cash flow diagrams, treasury reviews, and other information to assist in the sales process. This includes independently researching customer relationships within bank, service areas and other processing units * Assist with the development of proposals and sales presentations to support the efforts of the assigned TSOs. * Responsible for identifying cross sell opportunities in support of achieving revenue goals. * Active involvement in the sales process including pre and post-sale activities. Participates as needed, in joint calls as well as pre-call plan and call debrief sessions. * Contribute to team revenue goals through individual sales generation. * Responsible for all documentation and approvals necessary to set up new products & services * Direct client retention efforts including major problem resolution and act as LOB/Operations liaison to ensure client satisfaction. * Ensures client service deliverables are achieved and holds partners accountable by managing issues, escalations and error resolution. * Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operation risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and polices BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree * At least 5 years of financial services experience * At least 3 years of treasury management experience * Basic to In-depth knowledge and understanding of Treasury Management Services * CTP or desire to obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation #LI-EM1 #ZR Connecticut Webster Financial Corporation Hartford CT
